YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
The first appointment includes a comprehensive current and past medical history intake, consultation, treatment and any diet, herbal and lifestyle recommendations.

Please download, print, fill out and bring our New Patient Medical History form to your first appointment.

DURATION: 1.5 hours COST: $85.00

SHORT VISIT APPOINTMENT
The short visit appointment can be scheduled after a treatment plan is made for your condition. No new symptoms or conditions can be diagnosed and treated during a short visit. Only one treatment modality can be applied, and further diet, herbal and lifestyle recommendations are limited. Also applicable for addiction patients with ear treatment only. Not available for outcall visits.

DURATION: 30 minutes COST: $35.00

LONG VISIT APPOINTMENT
The long visit appointment can be scheduled any time after your first appointment. The long visit is used to diagnosis and treat new symptoms or conditions that arise after your first appointment. The long visit can also be scheduled to include multiple healing modalities in a single treatment.

DURATION: 1 to 1.25 hours COST: $70.00

OUTCALL APPOINTMENTS
I am happy to come to your location to provide you with therapy services at an additional charge of $20 per 10 miles of travel from my Granada Hills, California home offices.
